Refunds are not available for:
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than 30 days
- Digital content that has been downloaded or accessed
- Services used extensively during the refund period
- Refunds requested due to change of mind after significant usage
2. How to Request a Refund

3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved:

- Bank Processing: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

4. Refund Amounts
The refund amount depends on the circumstances:
- Full Refund: Available for requests within 30 days of initial subscription
- Pro-rated Refund: For technical issues or service interruptions, refunds may be calculated based on unused time

5. Subscription Cancellation

7. Chargeback Policy
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank or credit card company instead of contacting us directly:
- Your account may be immediately suspended
- We will investigate the chargeback and respond accordingly
- Future subscription attempts may be blocked
- We may require additional verification for future purchases
We strongly encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback.
8. Refund Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision:
